Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) phpg777 Account only. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpg777 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phpg777 will treat any action taken using your Account credentials as having been authorized by you, unless you have reported a security breach to phpg777 support prior to such action.
You must notify phpg777 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. phpg777 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your phpg777 Account balance within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect. phpg777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking networks, or telecommunications providers.
All transactions on phpg777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, subject to applicable conversion fees.

All games offered on the phpg777 Platform are governed by individual game rules available within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and specific game rules, the game rules shall prevail with respect to the game in question.

phpg777 will void and return stakes for any game round affected by a technical malfunction, system error, or data corruption that results in an incorrect outcome. The decision of phpg777 in relation to disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.

Violations of Section 10 may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

phpg777 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and associated implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpg777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the phpg777 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
phpg777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the phpg777 Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to phpg777 in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpg777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions, for which phpg777 will not be liable.
phpg777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or through an in-Platform notification prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or restructuring that does not affect Player rights) may be made without prior notice.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the phpg777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes relating to its existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to commencing formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact phpg777 via the official support channels set out in Section 17 and allow phpg777 a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days to investigate and respond to your complaint. phpg777 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
